![]() I’ve parked there several times in the past, but it only takes one smashed window to learn the hard way that Jiffy absolutely does not care about the vehicles parked in their lots - or their customers. Propark’s Claims and Employee Relations Manager, Christopher Mendes, author of the rejection letter, verbally verified that cars parked on the streets of Newark have the same level of “care, custody and control” as cars that are parked in the Jiffy lot. Prices featured on Jiffy Airport Parking’s Facebook account reflect pricing and promotions at the time of. However, the camera at the entrance verified that my window arrived intact. The Account Manager at the Newark Jiffy stated they have absolutely no idea what happened to my truck because they do not have surveillance of the lot. ![]() Since Jiffy is a self-park facility, all vehicle owners should know in advance that Jiffy has zero expectations for care, custody, control, or responsibility of/for the vehicles parked there.
